Swim Meet 101

Pool Deck Opens: 5:00pm
Warm-Ups will begin for the Host Team no later than 5:15 p.m.
Warm-Ups will begin for the Visiting Team no later than 5:35 p.m.
Mandatory pre-meet meetings for Timers, Stroke Judges, and Runners should be held at 5:40 p.m.
What to bring: Towel, Water, Goggles, Chairs (if you choose).
What not to bring: Food, there are concessions offered at all pools.
When you get to the pool please have the swimmers check-in with the coaches and the parent volunteers will check in with the volunteer coordinator (there will be signs).
Please try to have your child stay with the team, it is easier to for the child gatherer to find them for their next race.
If you can mark your childs arm before you arrive that is helpful, if not there will be coaches and parents who can help.
